Products Description
This automatic tracking filling machine uses a servo motor to control the piston for liquid filling. Thanks to the piston-type filling principle adopted by the equipment, it is suitable for filling high-viscosity liquids such as edible oil, motor oil, detergent, and gel. During the filling process, the filling nozzle will follow the movement of the bottle and perform filling synchronously, featuring faster filling speed and higher filling accuracy.

During the filling process, the filling nozzles will follow the movement of the bottles and complete the material filling synchronously. Multiple filling nozzles can be customized according to production needs, and each filling nozzle is connected to a piston controlled by a servo motor.

2. It is suitable for filling viscous liquids such as edible oil, motor oil, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap.
3. It operates fully automatically. Bottle feeding, positioning, filling, and bottle discharging are all controlled automatically by PLC, and the entire process complies with GMP standards.
4. According to the characteristics of different products, various metering methods such as pumb type, rotor pump, flow meter, and solenoid valve can be provided.
5. For bottles of different heights and capacities, especially special-shaped bottles, debugging can be completed in only 3-5 minutes.
