This automatic liquid filling machine, controlled by a servo motor, is suitable for filling viscous liquids such as edible oils, mechanical oils, shampoos, hand sanitizers, etc. During the filling process, the filling nozzles will move along with the bottles and fill the materials while moving. Since the conveyor line keeps running, it has a relatively fast filling speed. In addition, each filling nozzle is connected to an independent servo-controlled pump, so the filling accuracy is high.

4. According to the characteristics of different products, various filling methods such as piston type, rotor pump, flow meter, and solenoid valve can be provided.
5. For bottles of different heights and capacities, especially irregularly shaped bottles, debugging can be completed in only 3-5 minutes.
