This automatic liquid filling machine is controlled by a servo motor and is suitable for filling foamy liquids such as rice wine, red wine, fruit juice, beverages, etc. During the filling process, the filling head will first descend to block the bottle mouth, forming a low-vacuum negative pressure state, and then the filling will be carried out. In the filling process, the nozzles will move along with the bottles and complete the material filling while moving. Thanks to the low-vacuum filling, the filling liquid level will be highly consistent. Moreover, as the conveyor line runs continuously, its filling speed is relatively fast. In

1. This machine adopts optical fiber to track bottles, enabling high-speed and efficient filling with an uninterrupted production process.
