Semi-automatic operation: operators manually place containers, while filling and weighing run automatically. Suitable for small-to-medium production in food, cosmetics, and chemicals. Easy to use and versatile.

As shown in the figure, you can customize semi-automatic weighing and filling machines with different configurations and shapes according to your needs. A double-head version is available. This machine can also be equipped with a drum capping device to form a production line. Moreover, our machine can be designed with a single filling head to fill containers with a capacity of more than 50L. If a larger capacity is required, such as 200L drums, it is also feasible.
The use of an extended stainless steel filling nozzle, along with servo motor control for the lifting and lowering process during filling, enables simultaneous filling and lifting. This design effectively prevents foaming and reduces the impact of the liquid, thereby improving the accuracy of weighing.
