The CONTAI PPC-1805W is an 18.5-inch Full HD fanless industrial panel PC designed for embedded mounting in demanding automation environments. Its ultra-thin bezel, flat brushed front panel and fully enclosed aluminium chassis achieve IP65 dust and water protection, and the fanless structure removes every moving part for silent, maintenance-free 24-hour operation.

A self-developed industrial-grade x86 motherboard carries an Intel Celeron J6412 quad-core processor at 2.0 GHz with a 2.6 GHz burst, 8 GB of DDR4 memory and a 256 GB solid-state drive. The 18.5-inch TFT LCD displays a crisp 1920 x 1080 (16:9) image at 300 cd/m2 with a 1000:1 contrast ratio and wide 89/89/89/89 viewing angles, while the 10-point projected capacitive touchscreen accepts fingers, gloves and styli. A wide 12-36V DC input and EMC-compliant circuitry keep the unit reliable around heavy machinery.

• Wide 12-36V DC input: A threaded DC jack and a 12-pin Phoenix terminal accept a 12-36V range and include a 24V/2.5A adapter for voltage-fluctuating sites.

The PPC-1805W serves industrial control, communications, power, networking and intelligent self-service terminals, where a larger screen helps operators see more data at once.
