The IBC8 12*12 is a fanless industrial box PC from the IBC8 complete-unit series, built around optional Intel 4th to 13th generation Core i3, i5 and i7 processors. Its low-power fanless design suits control cabinets, machine control and gateway roles where dust, vibration and continuous operation make fans impractical. The aluminium chassis measures 193.9 x 127 x 57.2 mm, weighs 1 kg, and supports both desktop and wall-mounted installation.
The unit scales across processor generations: 4th Gen models take a single DDR3L SODIMM up to 8 GB, 6th/7th/8th Gen take a single DDR4 SODIMM up to 16 GB, 8th/10th/11th Gen take two DDR4 SODIMMs up to 32 GB, and 12th/13th Gen take a single DDR5 SODIMM up to 64 GB. Two Realtek 8111H Gigabit Ethernet ports, two RS-232 DB9 COM ports, HDMI and VGA (or dual HDMI) outputs, four USB 3.0 and four USB 2.0 ports, audio input and output, and two antenna interfaces for Wi-Fi, 3G or 4G cover the most common industrial interfaces.
Storage options follow the generation: 4th Gen units provide one mSATA slot, while 6th/7th/8th/10th Gen units provide one M.2 2280 slot (SATA and NVMe; Gen 11-13 NVMe only) plus one 2.5-inch HDD/SSD bay. A Mini-PCIe slot accepts 4G modules or Wi-Fi and Bluetooth depending on generation, and a 12V-19V input, watchdog timer and diskless booting complete a compact, dependable box computer.
