Oilseeds Sheller Machine Peanut Palm Nut Cracker High Shelling Rate Line
The Oilseeds Sheller Machine removes the shells and peels that surround many oilseeds before pressing. Shells and peels contain very little oil but absorb a significant amount of it during pressing, so leaving them in place directly reduces oil yield. Shelling also raises the quality of the crude oil and the protein cake, increases the capacity of the presses, reduces equipment wear and improves the performance of the flaking stage.
We build dedicated shellers for peanut, palm nut, sunflower seed and walnut, together with the kernel and shell separators and grading machines that complete the process. Each sheller is designed around the geometry and strength of a specific seed so that the shelling rate stays high while the kernel breakage rate stays low, and the working clearance can be adjusted on site as the raw material changes through the season.

Shellers are used in the pretreatment line whenever the raw seed carries a shell or peel, most commonly for peanut, palm nut, sunflower seed and walnut. They are paired with a kernel and shell separator, a grading machine and a magnetic separator to form a complete shelling section that feeds the crusher and the flaking machine.
Packaging & Quality AssuranceShelling machines are delivered in export cases with the rasp plate, screen and drive protected, and adjustable parts locked at the factory setting. A grading chart, an airflow adjustment guide and a spare screen set are included. A twelve month warranty covers the frame, shaft and drive.
