DF52 Series: 0.8mm Pitch Compact and Robust Wire-to-Board Connectors
The DF52 Series offers compact and robust wire-to-board connectors with a 0.8mm pitch, designed for space-constrained applications. These connectors feature a small footprint (1.75mm height, 4.1mm depth) while maintaining structural integrity through thick housing walls. They are suitable for high current applications up to 2.5A (using 2 positions and 28 AWG) due to optimized contact force and highly conductive materials. The box-shaped crimp contact design prevents deformation, ensuring stability and robustness. A visual mating confirmation feature allows users to easily verify full connection, preventing accidental disconnects. The DF52 Series is also halogen-free, adhering to strict environmental standards.
