The GT25 Series offers a 0.64mm terminal with a 2.2mm pitch for wire-to-board connections. It is designed for reliable and efficient electrical connections in various applications.
Usage Precautions:
- Excessive pull force during unmating may damage the connector. If it is difficult to remove, push in lightly once and then release the lock.
- Always make sure to turn off the power before reinserting the connector.
- Do not directly touch the terminal when electricity is flowing since it is extremely dangerous.
- Contact a Hirose representative for harness procedures or handling manuals.

- Soldering time: within 2 seconds
Reflow Heating Method Conditions:
- Heating Method: Far infrared, air atmosphere or nitrogen
- Peak Temperature: 250C Peak
- Heated part Temperature: Min. 230C for 20-40 sec.
- Preheat Temperature: 150 to 180C for 90-120 sec.
- Cycles: 2 times Max.
- Recommended Solder Thickness: 0.15mm
