TSW/HTSW Series .025" SQ Post Header

The TSW/HTSW Series offers a .025" (0.635 mm) square post header with a .100" (2.54 mm) pitch, designed for through-hole applications. These headers are compatible with a wide range of board mates including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, and SLW series. For cable connections, the TSW series supports standard and center versions, while the HTSW series offers hi-temp strip options. The series features PBT insulator material for TSW and Natural LCP for HTSW, with Phosphor Bronze terminals and plating options of Gold (Au) or Tin (Sn) over Nickel (Ni).

Key features include a broad operating temperature range (-55 C to +125 C with Gold, -55 C to +105 C with Tin) and various voltage ratings depending on the mating connector. The HTSW series is lead-free solderable, while the TSW series is lead wave only. Straight pin and right-angle options are available, along with locking lead and locking clip features for enhanced security.
