HRS DF57-2830SCF
Product Overview
The DF57 Series is a low-profile "Swing-Lock" board-to-wire connector designed for power applications. It features a reinforced lock structure with a unique swing-lock mechanism for enhanced cable retention and resistance to disengagement under load. The connector offers high reliability with a two-point contact terminal geometry and an insert guide key to prevent misalignment, ensuring correct mating and preventing connector breakage. Its compact design achieves a stacking height of 1.4mm while maintaining an effective mating length of 0.42mm. The integral molding prevents solder wicking, and reinforcing hardware prevents case disengagement. This series is cost-effective due to the collective integration of terminals and metal fittings into the molding, reducing assembly costs. Compliant with UL-CSA standards.
