Product Overview
This metallized plastic hood kit is designed for DB25 D-Sub connectors, offering a projection suitable for various applications. It is compatible with both standard 25-pin and high-density 44-pin D-Sub connectors (not supplied). The hood provides a secure cable attachment solution with included hardware, and its sections snap together and are secured with self-tapping screws. The matte chrome-plated finish offers a professional look, with a specific area for label insertion. Each hood assembly is individually packaged according to L-COM specification PS-0031.
Compatibility
Any male or female 25-pin or high density 44-pin D-Sub connector (not supplied).
Cable Diameter
Up to 0.35 inches (8.9mm).
Included Hardware
Two nickel-plated brass jackscrews, two self-tapping assembly screws, and one cable strain relief staple with two self-tapping screws.
Hood Construction
Two molded ABS plastic half hoods.
Finish
Matte chrome plated (except for label insert area).
Packaging
Individually packaged in accordance with L-COM Spec. PS-0031.
