NOVARAY Extreme Performance High-Density Arrays

The NOVARAY series offers extreme performance and high-density arrays with a 0.80 mm x 1.80 mm pitch. It provides 112 Gbps PAM4 per channel and 48 fully shielded differential pairs per square inch, enabling up to 4.0 Tbps aggregate data rate for 400G channels. Key benefits include extremely low crosstalk beyond 40 GHz, incredibly tight impedance control for PAM4 signaling, and minimal variance in data rate as stack height increases. This series utilizes 40% less space compared to traditional arrays for the same data throughput and is PCIe 6.0/CXL 3.1 capable. It features a high-speed mezzanine BGA attach to the board, optimized trace breakout region, and two reliable points of contact with a 1.14 mm wipe.
