Micropowders
PTFE Micropowder
Everflon™ PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) fluoroadditives are finely divided white powders of (PTFE) resin. They are typically added in small quantities to other solid or liquid materials to improve abrasion resistance and lubricity. They are a separate and distinctive product line, very different from standard Everflon™ PTFE molding and extrusion resins. The differences include a lower molecular weight, smaller particle sizes (2 to 20 μm) and different particle shapes.
PTFE Micropowder With 1um Partical Size For Lubrication
Everflon™ MV1 fluoroadditive is a white, free-flowing, PTFE powder designed for use as an additive in other materials. It can be used at temperatures from –190 °C to 250 °C (–310 °F to 480 °F) and is inert to nearly all industrial chemicals and solvents. It is well suited for use in inks and coatings, where a narrow particle size distribution is desired. It is a good electrical insulator, does not absorb water, and is highly resistant to weathering. Its properties are
