Shanxi Hainuo Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2011, with its manufacturing headquarters located in the Gaoping Economic and Technological Development Zone of Shanxi Province. The company is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development and production of high-performance hollow glass microspheres, and a national-level "Little Giant" enterprise within China's specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative (SRDI) program. The company operates a dual-hub structure spanning Shanxi and Shanghai: the Shanxi base handles manufacturing and the industrialization of R&D results, while the Shanghai center coordinates R&D, marketing, operations, service and design, delivering integrated operations to customers worldwide.
With its proprietary manufacturing process, Hainuo was among the first to break the international technology monopoly in this field. Current capacity stands at 15,000 tonnes; with a new project coming on stream in 2027, an additional 35,000 tonnes will be added, bringing total capacity to 50,000 tonnes.
