SPA5 hydraulic pile breaker machine is a kind of construction machinery suitable for quickly cutting off pile heads in pile foundation engineering. It is suitable for cutting pile heads of various types of pile foundations, such as cast-in-place piles, prefabricated piles, etc. According to the shape of the pile head, it can be divided into round pile breaker machine and square pile breaker machine. Pile breaker machines are widely used in high-speed railway bridges and industrial and civil construction pile foundation projects. Generally, round pile breaker machines are suitable for pile diameters of 200mm-2200mm; square pile breakers are suitable for pile side lengths of 300-650mm, which can meet various requirements for large-scale foundation construction.

Introduction

Pile Breaker provides pressure to multiple oil cylinders of the pile cutter through the power source, and the oil cylinder directly drives the drill rod and squeezes the pile body at the same time to cut off the pile head. During the construction process of the pile cutter, the operation is simple, high efficiency, low noise and low cost, and it is suitable for pile group construction projects. The pile cutter adopts a highly modular combination. The modules are connected by pins, and the number of different modules can be combined to cut off the diameter of the pile heads within a certain range.

Construction steps

1. According to the construction pile diameter, refer to the construction reference parameter table to combine the corresponding number of modules, and directly connect the pile cutter to the working platform through the quick-change joint;

2. Move the pile cutter to the working pile head cutting pile;

3. Adjust the height of the pile cutter to the appropriate pile cutting position, and clamp the pile surface to be cut;

4. Adjust the system pressure of the excavator according to the strength of the concrete poured into the pile, and pressurize the oil cylinder until the concrete pile body breaks under strong pressure;

5. After the pile body is cut off, the concrete block is lifted directly by the lifting force of the platform;

6. Move the pile to the designated location.
