SPA 5 Pile Cutting Machine Hydraulic 150mm Cylinder Trip
The operation steps of pile breaker
- According construction pile diameter, referring to construction of reference parameters combines
- corresponding amount modular, directly connect pile breaker to work platform by changing joint quickly.
- Moving pile breaker to the working pile head section.
- Adjust pile breaker to the suitable height part(please refer to construction parameter list when
- crush one time,if not there is danger of chain breakage0, clamp the need cutting pile position.
- Adjust the pressure by the pile with concrete intensity, don’t press hydro-cylinder, until concrete pile breaker in high pressure.
- After the pile crushed, hoist the concrete by the power of terrace.
- Move crushed pile to the appoint position.
