This seal is a trinity pneumatic piston rod seal ring of circlip+dust prevention+rod seal, which is easy to install. Heidelberg SM74 available.

232938 can be used with NIPSL25 * 35 * 7/9.5 (rubber material with frame, used with circlip).

Installation steps:

1.Please align the side with words in the groove with the inside of the cylinder, and do not install it reversely.

2.Push the sealing ring into the cylinder head. An audible click indicates that it has entered the installation position.

3.Apply a proper amount of grease on the inner diameter of the seal ring to improve the service life of the seal ring.

4.Wrap a proper d the piston rod thread to avoid scratching the seals when the piston rod is inserted.

5.Insert the piston rod and fix the cyliamount of adhesive tape arounnder head.

Be  attention:Careful installation and initial lubrication are important means to ensure the service life of seals.
