The AIRTAC 4HV&4HVL Series are manual hand lever valves designed for precise directional control in pneumatic systems. These valves are characterized by their smooth rotary switching action, which provides excellent tactile feedback and accurate positioning. A key feature is their availability in both 4/2-way and 4/3-way configurations, with the 4/3-way models offering three distinct center position functions (closed, exhausted, or pressurized) to suit different control needs for double-acting actuators. They operate effectively within a pressure range of 0 to 1.0 MPa, can withstand a proof pressure of 1.5 MPa, and function reliably in a wide temperature range from -20°C to +70°C. The series includes multiple port sizes, from 1/8" to 3/4", with corresponding flow capacities (Cv values ranging from 0.78 to 5.27), and offers flexible panel or body mounting options for easy installation.
