The AIRTAC 4A400 Series 5/3 Air Valve is a pneumatically operated directional control valve designed for robust industrial applications. It features a durable aluminum alloy body and a sliding column structure that ensures excellent sealing and highly sensitive response. This 5-port, 3-position valve is notable for offering three distinct center functions (models suffixed with C, E, and P) to provide flexibility in controlling double-acting actuators, such as holding, exhausting, or pressurizing a cylinder in its mid-position. It operates within a pressure range of 0.15 to 0.8 MPa, can function in temperatures from -20°C to 70°C, and features a 1/2-inch port size (PT1/2) with an effective cross-sectional area of up to 50.0 mm² (Cv=2.79) for efficient airflow.
