The MV522 series from Sunrise Nielsen comprises robust 5/2-way mechanical valves designed for manual or mechanical actuation in pneumatic systems. These valves operate within a pressure range of 0 to 0.8 MPa, withstand a proof pressure of 1.5 MPa, and function effectively in temperatures from -5°C to 60°C. Constructed with an aluminum alloy body and high-quality sealing rings, they ensure excellent airtightness, require no lubrication, and are compatible with filtered air (40µm). The series includes multiple actuator types: the standard MV522, the lockable push-button MV522EB, the large circular button MV522PB, and the selector knob MV522LB, each tailored for different manual control applications such as operating larger valve pilots or small cylinders in industrial automation.
