It shares fundamental specifications with its predecessor, featuring a standard Rc1/8 port size​ and an operating pressure range of 0.15 to 0.8 MPa​ . This series is versatile, available in common configurations such as 5/2-way (5-port, 2-position)​ and 5/3-way (5-port, 3-position), making it suitable for controlling double-acting cylinders and other pneumatic actuators . The valve is engineered for use with clean, non-lubricated compressed air.
