Testing Principle
When magnetized materials develop transverse discontinuities, magnetic leakage fields form at the surface. Finely divided ferromagnetic particles applied to the surface are attracted to these leakage fields, outlining the discontinuity's location, size, shape, and extent for clear visual detection.
