Sinocroedrill offers NRQ NWL wireline drill rod for use with NQ core barrel. NRQ drill rod is ideal for use in wireline core drilling and is available for application in standard DCDMA N size hole.

TUBES
-High quality alloy steel tubes
-Consistent concentricity, straightness and heat treatment
 

THREAD
-Tapered and course threads provides easy make and break
-Course NRQ thread provides sufficient strength
-Provide additional load efficiency of 50% for the demanding conditions
 

CASE HARDENDING
-NRQ drill rod has case hardened thread.
-NRQ drill rod pin thread crest is hardened to nominal HRC 55 to eliminate damaging adhesion wear
-Eliminates the transfer of wear material back and forth which is what happens between threads of equal hardness, leading to large scale galling and joint seizing.
