I. Detailed Product Description:
WNS series automatic horizontal heavy fuel oil steam boilers adopted international advanced three-pass and wet back structure. The boilers are matched excellent imported brand burners and high automatic control system. The boilers have the characteristics of reasonable structure, safely running, high efficiency, energy saving and conveniently operation.
1. WNS series automatic gas-fired boiler is horizontal, three-pass, wet back shell boiler. The main structure includes: Boiler shell, corrugated
Furnace, Returns burns chamber, Threaded flue gas pipe, etc. The shell and the furnace are made by 20g boiler special steel. Furnace & Returns burns room, Tube plate & Boiler shell and Returns burns room & Returns burns room cylinder are connected by the method of flanged edge connecting.
2. Supporting the world famous burners, advanced control panel (main components are imported), valve, pump afopt high-quality brand, reliable boiler accessories to ensure the safe operation and improve the overall quality of the boiler.
3. This series boiler is more human, more secure automatic intelligent control, it has many features, such as high efficiency, energy saving, easy maintenance, durability, etc.
4. CE marking as per Pressure Equipment Directive (PED 97/23/EC) Specifications as options, and ASME Code is available.
