Description:

1. The 3 in 1 unit includes bottle washer, filling machine, capping machine, rack, sealing window, main motor, drive system, transmission system of bottles, cap sorting device, and electric control system and more.
2. The dumping gear of the bottle washing machine consists of moisture tray, bottle washing gripper, upper turntable, guide rail, protective shield, water-spraying device, defrosting tray.
3. The filling mechanism is mainly made up of filling barrel, filling valve, guide rail, hoisting device, bottle jamming elevating gear, etc.
4. The cap-sealing mechanism consists of cap sorting machine, cap-setting guide rail and capping machine.
5. The auxiliary(optional)equipments have bottle rinsing water reflux accumulator, bottle-feeding air duct, and bottle-outputting chain. Besides, we will configure manual bottle feeding platform(or bottle unsrambler), automatic capping machine and so on

High capacity filling machine all adopt griper for bottle transportation. griper is better than star wheel for high speed rotary running. guard board is not necessary because of steay holding by griper. there is few bottle size changing parts needed during changing bottle size.

there is water lubricating system special for griper. it ensures long service time and steady high speed running.

the strength of capping head is adjustable. we shall adjust the strength to be best for client's cap and bottle during our whole line testing in our workshop. there is nylon size changing part for different bottle size. this is the only part you need to change with different bottle size.
