Description:

•  Kangde’s boiler scaffolding system provides the ultimate light weight, fast-assembly access  tower for internal and external boiler maintenance. With fewer components to handle, this  versatile tower significantly reduce the downtime, labor and transport costs of using  conventional steel scaffolds. A piece of foldable units folds down to a bundle will pass  through a 36cm square aperture. Once in place the bundle simply snaps out in two  directions, ready for the next 2 meter high section to be added. Beijing Kangde has 15-year  experience in boiler markets with 60% market share in Chinese power generation and supply  industry, completing about 80 boiler maintenance projects in domestic market and  international market.

The customers can move personnel safe access to anywhere inside the boiler. The access is available for vertical ladder or inclined stairways inside the tower. The light weight spandeck platforms suit any level you need. The complete deck below the super heater area will be provided. Guardrails are suitable to all outer edges of the scaffold.

With the foldable units module ensuring fast assembly speed, eg: a 600MW boiler scaffolding need about 14 hours for 15 person
