Producing Process

1) Odrer Confirmation

After customer confirm the order ,provide artwork and pay for the 30% deposite,we will make a printing plate according to customer requrements.

2) Printing

The professional worker will check the printing details during the printing.

3) Lamination

Through laminated machine,two or three lays material are lamianted together.

4) Dividing Deparment

After lamination,we use divide machine to cut the surplus parts

5) Bag Cutting Department

Adjusting the bag cutting machine according to the bag size,the bag will passed by the roller to the cutting knife.

6) QC Department

What is needed to provide you if I want custom printed BAGS? 

We need your design in soft copy. Like AI, PDF, CDR, TIFF, PSD.

How many bags should I order if I want custom printed plant feeder?

Our minimum quantity of custom printed plant feeder is 30000 bags.

Can I order small quantity?

Yes. Because we have bags in stock in our factory, We can fulfill bags orders minimum from 5,000 bags. 

Can you help us deciding the best suited film we need to pack our products in BAGS?

Yes. Our engineers can work with you to develop best suited materials and size of bags. Please contact me.

What is the time frame taken for custom printed BAGS? 

For custom printed bags our lead time will be 12-15 days. However if it is urgent we can rush.

How is my bags shipped?

We ship bags by UPS, FedEx, Or DHL couriers. Other freight forwarding companies can be used upon request.
