Sanying continued the development and market strategy to break the monopoly of foreign-invested manufactured of toothpaste with laminated tube packaging to provide more options for domestic toothpaste manufacturers.In 1999,we purchased the first laminated tube making machine which opened up access to the toothpaste tube market. With the laminated technique and tube forming process we can use flat style printing directly on the tube. With our use of hot / cold stamping, silk screen printing, and available finishes, our packaging becomes a work of art.

We have 4 different print methods used depending on the design of client's artwork.

1. Gravure Print: Up to 6 colors. Use of CMYK/4-Color Process. Gradient Screens are acceptable. Feels like the ink is impregnated on the tubes and takes on the finish you have chosen for your tubes.
2. Silk Screen: Up to 6 colors. When you run your fingers over the art on the tube it is raised up and will always remain glossy, even on a matte finish tube.
3. Hot Stamping: Colorful printing can be done based on different requirement.
4. Flexography:The tube has good gloss.
