The principle of:
A working cycle includes four piston strokes (the so-called piston stroke refers to the distance between the piston from top dead center to bottom dead center) : intake stroke, compression stroke, expansion stroke (work stroke) and exhaust stroke.
Intake stroke:
During this process, the engine's intake valve opens and the exhaust valve closes. As the piston moves from top dead center to dead center, the cylinder volume above the piston increases, so that the pressure in the cylinder drops below the atmospheric pressure, that is, the vacuum suction is caused in the cylinder, so that the air is sucked into the cylinder through the intake pipe and intake valve, and the oil nozzle spray atomized gasoline and air are fully mixed. At the end of the intake, the gas pressure in the cylinder is about 0.075-0.09MPa. The temperature of the combustible mixture in the cylinder has risen to 370-400K.
Compression stroke:
In order to make the combustible mixture inhaled into the cylinder can burn quickly, so as to produce greater pressure, so that the engine emits higher power, must be compressed before combustion, so that its volume is reduced, the density is increased, the temperature is increased, that is, there is a compression process. In this process, the intake and exhaust valves are all closed, and the crankshaft pushes the piston from BDC to DC to move one stroke, that is, the compression stroke. At this time, the mixture pressure will increase to 0.6-1.2MPa, and the temperature can reach 600-700K.
MDaily maintenance:
Note: The following checks should be made before each use of the gasoline generator to ensure the safe and normal use of the generator.
1. If the generator is not used for a long time (more than one month), the starting battery will lose power due to self-discharge, please use an external charger to charge the battery.
2. Check that there is enough petrol in the tank.
3. Check the oil switch and pipeline for oil leakage and leakage.
4. Check whether the starting battery voltage is higher than 12V, and check whether the battery appearance is damaged.
5. Check the oil quality to see if it needs to be replaced.
6. Check that the oil level is between the oil gauge grid
