Diesel generator is a kind of small power generation equipment, refers to the diesel fuel, diesel engine as the prime mover to drive the generator power machinery. Work before using diesel generator:

1. Clean the surface of the unit without dust or oil stains

2. Clean and check the equipment room to ensure that there are no inflammable or explosive materials around the unit

Check diesel oil level. Check the oil dipstick to make sure the level is between the two scales and as close to the upper limit as possible without exceeding it

3. Check the liquid level of the tank, which is just within 5cm under the filling cover.

4. Ensure that the diesel oil quality of the unit is not lower than the requirements in the data.

5 Confirm that there is no leakage and no air entering the diesel oil pipe connection in and out of the body.

Loosen the air release screw on the high pressure oil pump, pump oil by hand until the oil is sprayed at the air release screw, and then tighten the air release screw
