Our facility operates 44 aluminum extrusion lines capable of producing profiles up to 350mm in diameter. Our largest 6800-ton extruder handles complex industrial profiles up to 600mm diameter. We specialize in custom molds and complex profile designs with our in-house R&D team.
Surface Treatment Facilities
Our 6 anodizing lines produce uniform oxidation films (8-25μm) in various colors. All products undergo rigorous inspection, with defective items either reprocessed or scrapped. We also operate 4 powder coating lines using Swiss Gema equipment and environmentally friendly paints.
CNC Machining Capabilities
Our advanced machining center includes 12 PRATIC machining centers for complex profiles up to 6 meters, automated Wegoma cutting systems, 30 punching machines (50-100 ton capacity), and specialized bending/milling equipment for precision fabrication.
Quality Packaging & Shipping
We implement strict warehouse management with sectioned storage and detailed records. All products are inspected before shipment using protective packaging methods tailored to customer requirements.
