Glyceryl mono and distearate is a non-ionic emulsifier, which has the effects of emulsification, dispersion, defoaming, foaming, anti-starch aging and control of fat accumulation, etc. It is used in oils, dairy products, frozen foods, candies as an emulsifier. According to the content of glyceryl monostearate, it is generally between 40% and 60%.
