Poniard CP617 should be used in cake pre-mix powder and cake commercial processes with nitrogen filling machines. Suggested dosage is 3-5% of egg content or 1-5% of total batter weight. Adjust dosage according to specific formulation requirements.
Store in unbroken packaging in dry conditions. Maximum temperature: 25°C/77°F, maximum relative humidity: 80%. Keep away from direct sunlight and odorous products. Shelf life: approximately 12 months.
