VIVIDR Distilled Monoglyceride is manufactured from edible, fully hydrogenated vegetable-based oil. This versatile emulsifier is widely accepted for use in food, pharmaceutical, plastic, packaging, and cosmetic industries, offering excellent emulsification, dispersibility, stabilization, foam resistance, and starch anti-staling properties.

  • Cakes: Increases volume, improves texture, extends shelf life (3%-10% of oil)
  • Biscuits: Enhances process properties, prevents oil separation, facilitates dough release (1.5%-2% of oil)
