VIVIDR Distilled Monoglyceride is manufactured from edible, fully hydrogenated vegetable-based oil. This versatile emulsifier is widely accepted for use in food, pharmaceutical, plastic, packaging, and cosmetic industries, offering excellent emulsification, dispersibility, stabilization, foam resistance, and starch anti-staling properties.

- Protein Beverages: Stabilizes fat and protein, prevents elimination and sedimentation (0.05%-0.1% of total products)
- Ice Cream: Prevents large ice crystal formation, improves mouthfeel and creamy texture, enhances stabilization (0.1%-0.2% of total products)
- Breads: Improves crumb softness, provides fine uniform crumb structure, reduces staling rate (0.3%-0.8% of flour)
- Cakes: Increases volume, improves texture, extends shelf life (3%-10% of oil)
- Biscuits: Enhances process properties, prevents oil separation, facilitates dough release (1.5%-2% of oil)
- Caramels, Toffees & Chocolate: Reduces stickiness and sugar crystallization, improves eating quality (1.5%-2% of oil)
- Chewing Gum: Improves mastication and texture, softens gum base, facilitates mixture (0.3%-0.5% of base)
