VIVIDR Distilled Monoglyceride is a high-purity food-grade emulsifier manufactured from fully hydrogenated vegetable oil. With ≥95% total monoglyceride content and melting point of approximately 65°C, this versatile additive provides excellent emulsification, stabilization, and anti-staling properties for various food and industrial applications.
