Applications & Usage Guidelines

Food & Beverage Applications

Protein Beverage: Stabilizes fat and protein, prevents elimination and sedimentation. Dosage: 0.05%-0.1% of total products.
Ice Cream: Prevents large ice crystal formation, improves mouthfeel and creamy texture, enhances stabilization. Dosage: 0.1%-0.2% of total products.
Breads: Improves crumb softness, provides fine uniform crumb structure, reduces staling rate. Dosage: 0.3%-0.8% of flour.
Cakes: Enlarges volume, improves texture, prolongs shelf life. Dosage: 3%-10% of oil.
Biscuit: Improves process properties, prevents oil separation, facilitates dough release. Dosage: 1.5%-2% of oil.
Margarine: Adjusts oil crystal structure, imparts fine and stable water dispersion.
Shortening: Adjusts oil crystal structure, improves functional properties.
Coffee-mate: Provides uniform fat globule distribution for improved whitening effect.
Caramels, Toffees & Chocolate: Reduces stickiness and sugar crystallization, improves eating quality. Dosage: 1.5%-2% of oil.
