Description:

The ceramic grain is sintered abrasive grains that feature a self-sharpening effect, which produces much sharper edges. when machining high-alloyed steels and superalloys, which are materials that require high contact pressure. 

With Ceramic grain's advantages, we manufacture WEEM 6708 CA Z-CLOTH ABRASIVE. It using resin over resin system closed coat on very sturdy Z-weight polyester backing. We also apply super-coating for the top sizing, to reduce heat. It can be made into a small belt, narrow belt, and wide belt for a variety application. 

A closed coat product has a higher number of abrasives cutting points per square inch and results in a higher stock removal rate and a long time before the abrasive wears out. Normally results in a better finish.
