WEEM 1126 wide belts are custom-made for wide sander machines, featuring heavy-duty Y-weight waterproof polyester backing bonded with silicon carbide grain. This combination delivers reliable performance while maintaining cost-effectiveness for economic production requirements.
Silicon carbide's hard crystal structure produces fine straight-edged grind lines with superior penetration under light cutting pressures. Ideal for nonferrous materials including wood, glass, rubber, plastics, and various coatings.
Higher number of abrasive cutting points per square inch delivers increased stock removal rates and extended service life, typically resulting in superior finish quality.
Utilizing 3M strong bi-directional tape splice and Bayer adhesive for optimal joint strength, minimizing belt failure during operation.
