WEEM 1128 SIC Segmented Sanding Belt is converted from WEEM 1128 SIC Z-Cloth Abrasive, specifically engineered for segmented belt applications in the panel sanding industry. The product features YY-weight waterproof polyester backing selected for superior rigidity and tensile strength, maintaining dimensional stability across wide belts up to 3300mm.
The anti-static treatment effectively reduces loading issues during sanding operations. Premium-grade silicon carbide grain provides exceptional hardness and sharpness with brittle crystalline structure, producing fine straight-edged scratch patterns ideal for precision panel sanding under light pressure.
