WEEM 3128 Zirconia Alumina belts are specifically designed for sectional or segmented belt applications. They utilize Z-weight polyester backing that provides both stiffness and high tensile strength, making them ideal for segmented belt construction. An anti-static treatment is applied to the backing to prevent loading issues and ensure consistent performance.
Advanced Abrasive Technology
Zirconia Alumina (ZA), identifiable by its distinctive blue color, is a tough synthetic abrasive optimized for high stock removal applications. Its heavy-duty structure requires greater pressure to fracture the self-sharpening grains, ensuring consistent cutting performance throughout the belt's lifespan.
