Description of 400T Pipe Welding Rollers:

• Widely used in industries including wind power, pressure vessel, petrochemical, pipeline, steel structure, boiler, shipbuilding, welding repair industry and so on.
• Roller is made by Steel roller & PU covered on forged steel core. Depends on working requirement,steel roller is available.
• Roller center distance could be adjusted by reserved bolt screw, so as to suitable for various work piece diameter.
• Master roller of the welding rotator is driven by double motor. Reducer adopts cycloidal planetary gear reducer or worm reduction gear mode.
• It can joint control with other equipments such as welding manipulator,welding machine, gantry type welding machine and so on.
• Except conventional type, self alignment welding rotator, vehicle used, tilting and the anti-drift types are also available.
