This hot filling equipment adopts bottle neck holding transmission technology to realize fully automaic rinsing,filling and capping.It is equipped with perfect temperature control system,reverse-flow system,automatic cleaning system and control program.Each machine element that contacts with the liquid is made of high quality stainlesssteel and food-grade rubber.
1) Feature
Standard 3-in-1 monoblock for PET bottles rinsing, hot filling and capping. It is applicable to fruit juice, tea beverage, functional beverage, etc with 2000-20000BPH capacity. According to the special production condition, another sterilizing rinsing module could be added, that is 4-in-1 monoblock. The system has fully considered the beverage's characteristics (such as the frothing of the tea drink and mixed juice) and the technical requirement of the hot filling.
- Full filling to avoid the bottle from sinking after the bottle cooling off, and to decrease the dissolved oxygen to the utmost extent.
- Reasonable structured storage hopper and material supply system make the material in constant flow speed, constant pressure without frothing. Usually high position tank is adopted.
- Sanitary filling head system is of umbrella structure, high filling speed.
- Perfect filling temperature control system.
- Reflux tank system has the function of supplying the material automatically.
- Perfect CIP system.
- To realize stable running, convenient for maintenance and long life, all the electric and pneumatic components are from world famous manufacturer.
