Introduction
This Full-automatic Fruit Juice Filling Machine System adopts bottle neck holding transmission technology to realize fully automatic rinsing, filling, and capping, It is equipped with perfect temperature control system, reverse-flow system, automatic cleaning system and control program. Each machine element that contacts with the liquid is made of high quality stainless steel and food-grade rubber.
washing part
This bottle clamp grips bottle at neck postion, avoiding bottle mouth thread comtamination caused by rubber gripper block of a traditional bottle clamp. This part is made of SUS 304 stainless steel, the bottle clamp is hygienic and durable.
The high efficiency atomizing spray nozzle installed on bottle clamp is capable of cleaning any part of bottle inner wall, and aso saves rinsing water.
filling part
Rotary wheel fully made of stainless steel SUS 304
Filling valves aer reasonably structured with accurate filling.
Level of cylinder is controlled with float-ball
Filler is driven through gears inside the machine frame.
Link-wheels in rinser, filler and capper are transported in ringed support of bottle-neck.
capping part
Capper should have highest precision, influence very much with stability and realiable of the filling monoboc.
The capper is equipped with inlet bottle detection switch.
Centrifugal way of cap arranging is adopted to reduce damage of caps.
A cap inspection system is applied to control on-off of elevator.

1.Installation
After equipments reached the workshop of customer, place the equipments according to plane layout we offered. We will arrange seasoned technician for equipments installation, debug and test production at the same time make the equipments reach the rated producing capacity of the line. Time for installation and debug is 15-25 days.
2.Training
Our company offer technology training to customer. The content of training is structure and maintenance of equipments, control and operation of equipments. Training is in the workshop of customer. Seasoned technician will guide and establish training outline. After training, the technician of buyer could master the operation and maintenance, could adjust the process and treat different failures.
