1. Safe and Automatic Running:
The machine adopts bottleneck blocking and filling valve rise-drop design, and it satisfies for 95℃ hereinafter hot filling technology demand. The function of fluent and fast filling action, high filling precision, reliable capping and low materials loss makes it effectively prevent secondary pollution of the neck. It can achieve the replacement of different bottles only by exchanging equivalent parts.It adopts humanized interface touch screen, PLC ,transducer etc. Advanced control technology with high automation in the whole process.The machine’s main electrical parts are from famous international supplier.
