This energy drink filling machine (hot filling machine, energy drink filling and packing machine) is a standard 3-in-1 monoblock for PET bottles. It applies for fruit juice, tea beverage, functional beverage, etc.
According to the special production condition, another sterilizing rinsing module could be added, to make it 4-in-1 monoblock.
The system has fully considered the beverage's characteristics (such as the frothing of the tea drink and mixed juice) and the technical requirement of the hot filling.
This machine integrated three function: 1. filling the rinsed bottles, 2. capping the filled bottles

High Speed Filling Valve
High Speed Filling Valve can reach 200ml/s,made of SUS 304(for water filling) & excellent SUS316L(for hot filling and soft drinks filling),equipped with specially designed liquid level modified unit to ensure the same level of each bottle.
Bottle Neck Clamping Technical
Adopt bottle neck clamp,only these green parts in red circle need to be changed when bottle size change,but bottle neck should be the same.
