This machine is used to fill various glass bottle juice, flavor drink, liquor, alcoholic beverage,
dairy drink, and other still beverage. The machine has many models, capacity ranges from
1000 bottles per hour to 24000BPH, the suitable bottle is 200-2000ml.
The capper can be customized, the available choise is twist-off cap, aluminum screw cap,
crown cap, ring-off cap and others.
This glass bottle filling machine adopts advanced PLC to control the automatic running of the machine.
The input and output bottle adopts adjustable speed way, which combines with the transducer of the host
machine making the output bottle running more stable and reliable. The photoelectrical inspection of the
running condition of various parts makes a higher automation and convenient operation. It is the ideal
first-choice equipment of beverage manufacturers.

Washing machine
Material: 304 Stainless steel
Washing part is mainly composed of washing pump, bottle clamps, water distributor, up turn-plate,
guide rail, protection cover, spraying device, defrosting tray, rinse water take and rinse water refluxing tank.
Filling machine
Material: stainless steel SUS304
Filling Part is mainly composed of filling barrel, filling valves (ambient and hot temperature filling),
filling pump, bottle hanging device / bottle pedestals, elevating device, liquid indicator etc.
Capping machine
Material: stainless steel SUS304
Capping part is mainly composed of capping heads, cap loader (separated), cap unscrambler, cap drop
rail, pressure regular, cylinder and also we need an air compressor as the auxiliary external equipment.
