Bottle rinsing:

There are 9 working procedures: the first and second processes are (hot) alkaline water circulation, washing inner, outer, and bottom of the barrel. The third process is (hot) alkaline water drip, the forth and fifth process are the disinfectant , disinfect the inner and outer barrel. The sixth is the disinfectant drip, the seventh and eighth is the sterile water flush, washing the inner barrel. The ninth and tenth is purified water washing, rinsing inner barrel.

Bottle filling:

It adopts grivity filling (filling valve type is optional accoridng to customer barrel and requirements), it can finish hig speed filling, and can control the backflow water well.

This machine adopts 1 pcs roller capping,automatic cap loading susye, helps bottle get the cap automatically, then roller capping system will help press the cap step by step during the bottle moving, which can save production time. and whole capping part is

fully covered in the machine, so the process is very clean.

Cap loading system:

It feeds the cap to capping part of machine automatically, and cap loader part will arrange the cap in good position to send them into cap tunnel.

The machine is a new kind of barreled water auto-producing line, which integrates mechanism, electricity and pneumatics technologies together.

This line also can automatically carry out bottle washing, sterilizing, filling, capping, counting and products discharging.

In order to achieve the purpose of washing and sterilizing, bottle washer adopts multiple liquid injections washing and disinfectant spray, and washing solution can be used circularly. The sealer can seal bottle caps automatically.

All the parts contacting the water and other liquid is made of stainless steel, whose surface is polished, easy to clean.
