A: Need 30day around if we dont have the stock of that model. Coz need strictly test and high teerature,high voltage life ageing as well in every single pc. That will takes a fixed date.

A: We have long-standing forwarder partner who arranges all our shipments to all countries. Although batteries are categorized as dangerous goods, you should rest assured that your cargo will be delivered through our experienced shipping partner(s).

A: Yes, we have MSDS, UN38.3, DG licence etc. and other special files needed for shipments to some regions can also be secured.
