3T Manual Decoiler

Shaft & Roller

One-click fully automatic CZU model and size adjustment.

Material of rollers:Bearing steel (quenched).

The polished surface and the heat treatment towards the molds also can keep the molding plate surface smooth and not easy to be marked when it is being stamped.

Cutter

 Fully automatic control and precise cutting.

Silky smooth with noiseless.

Material of blades: Cr12,quenching treatment.

Hydraulic Pump Station

It use 46# hydraulic oil.

The purpose of this pumping station is to

supply the power to the cutter and punching device.

Touch Screen Control Cabinet

The length, waist height and angle can be set by yourself.

Change models with one click.
